SB 380 Game Promotion (2012 Session)
Game Promotion; Providing for the registration of electronic devices and computer terminals used to conduct electronic game promotions; prohibiting the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services from accepting a filing from certain entities; establishing requirements for electronic game promotions; requiring certification of game promotion software; requiring that an operator of an electronic game production pay to the department an annual nonrefundable terminal fee per electronic device or computer terminal; authorizing a county or municipality to adopt an ordinance, code, plan, rule, resolution, or other measure to regulate an operator that provides electronic devices or computer terminals for electronic game promotion or to prohibit the future operation of game promotions, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE: July 1, 2012
