SB 2172 District School Board Members (2011 Session)
District School Board Members; Removes provisions relating to base salary and additional compensation for a district school board member. Prohibits district school board members from receiving more than a $100 stipend per school board meeting. Provides that the stipend does not constitute compensation for retirement purposes. Provides reimbursement for travel expenses. Prohibits district school board members from receiving any compensation while serving. Provides for application, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE: July 1, 2011
