Elections: Expands list of responsibilities of Secretary of State when acting in his or her capacity as chief election officer; requires that third-party voter registration organizations register with Division of Elections and provide division with certain information; requires that division or supervisor of elections make voter registration forms available to third-party voter registration organizations; requires that such forms contain certain information, etc. Effective Date: May 19, 2011, except as otherwise provided
