Care of Children in Nursing Home Facilities: Requires AHCA, in collaboration with DOH's Division of Children's Medical Services, to adopt rules for care of children in Children's Special Care Centers; provides licensure requirements for such facilities; provides requirements relating to child's individualized care plan. Effective Date: July 1, 2013
