Summary
Firearms: Requires 3-day waiting period for sale of any firearm; provides exceptions; prohibits sale of ammunition to person who has not completed an anger-management program; requires certification of completion of an anger-management program to be renewed every 10 years; provides minimum program requirements; prohibits purchase of ammunition by fraudulent means. Effective Date: July 1, 2013
