SB 1458 Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (2013 Session)
Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles; Providing that certain positions in the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles are exempt from career service; requiring that an operator of a motor vehicle yield the furthermost left-hand lane when being overtaken on a multilane highway; establishing a pilot rebuilt motor vehicle inspection program; amending provisions relating to review of a license suspension when the driver had blood or breath alcohol at a certain level or the driver refused a test of his or her blood or breath to determine the alcohol level, etc. Effective Date: July 1, 2013
