Relief/Amie Draiemann Stephenson, Hailey Morgan Stephenson, & Christian Darby Stephenson, II/DOT: Provides for relief of Amie Draiemann Stephenson, individually & as Personal Representative of Estate of Christian Darby Stephenson, deceased, & for relief of Hailey Morgan Stephenson & Christian Darby Stephenson, II, as surviving minor children of decedent; provides appropriation to compensate them for wrongful death of Christian Darby Stephenson, which was due in part to negligence of DOT; provides a limitation on payment of fees & costs. Effective Date: upon becoming a law
