Summary
Pretrial Detention: Requires court considering whether to release defendant on bail to determine whether defendant is subject to registration as sexual offender or sexual predator &, if so, to hold defendant without bail until first appearance on case; provides additional factors court may consider when ordering pretrial detention. Effective Date: July 1, 2013
