Summary
Administering County and Municipal Delinquency Programs and Facilities: Deletes language that required DJJ to charge, & county or municipal government to pay, monitoring fee to cover portion of direct operating costs of juvenile detention facility; establishes criteria to demonstrate that county or municipality is in compliance with standards for operating juvenile delinquency programs & detention facilities; deletes provision providing that sheriff who complies with subsection is not subject to any additional training, procedures, or inspections. Effective Date: July 1, 2013
