Summary
Student Loans: Provides for financial assistance program administered by Justice Administrative Commission & Office of Attorney General to assist career assistant state attorney, assistant public defender, capital collateral attorney, legal aid attorney, assistant attorney general, or assistant statewide prosecutor in repayment of eligible student loans; requires administering body to make payment of certain amount based on length of employment as eligible career attorney; provides for funding. Effective Date: July 1, 2013
