Summary
Holocaust Victims Assistance Act: Revises short title; broadens act to include financial claims & assets & other property, & to address effect of nonpayment of claims or nonreturn of property on victims; deletes time limitation on insurers for providing certain information to DFS & requires insurers to provide report; revises content & timing of annual report to Legislature. Effective Date: July 1, 2013
