Summary
Liens on Personal Property in Self-Service Storage Facilities & Self-Contained Storage Units: Revises notice requirements for enforcement of liens by owner of self-service storage facility or self-contained storage unit; specifies limit on value of property stored in tenant's storage unit; authorizes towing of vehicle in storage unit; limits liability of storage facility or unit owner after vehicle is towed. Effective Date: July 1, 2013
