Summary
Clerks of Court: Provides requirements for storage of papers & electronic filings; revises provisions relating to service fees; authorizes clerk to provide public records in electronic format; clarifies when office title "Clerk of Circuit Court & Comptroller" may be used; requires that certain requests for maintenance of public record exemption specify certain information; requires that property appraiser, rather than clerk, provide property record card to petitioner; provides that state is not required to pay fees to enforce judgment for costs & fines. Effective Date: July 1, 2013
