Transactions in Fresh Produce Markets: Requires certain owners & operators of farmers' markets, community farmers' markets, flea markets, & other open-air markets selling fresh produce to allow authorized Food & Nutrition Service groups, associations, & third-party organizations to operate EBT systems in such markets. Effective Date: July 1, 2013
