Summary
Design Professionals: Revises definition; specifies conditions under which design professional employed by business entity or agent of business entity may not be held individually liable for damages resulting from negligence occurring within course & scope of professional services contract; defines "business entity"; conforms provisions to changes made by act. Effective Date: July 1, 2013
