HB 523 Fair Housing (2013 Session)
Fair Housing: Provides that aggrieved person may file civil action without first filing administrative complaint for discriminatory housing practice; provides that, if Florida Commission on Human Relations or local agency has obtained conciliation agreement with consent of aggrieved person, filing of civil action is prohibited, except to enforce terms of agreement. Effective Date: July 1, 2013
