Summary
Uninsured Motorist Insurance Coverage: Provides that specified persons who elect non-stacking limitations on their uninsured motorist insurance coverage are conclusively presumed to have made informed, knowing acceptance of limitations on behalf of all insureds. Effective Date: upon becoming a law
