Summary
Assisted Living Facilities: Revises duties of case manager for, & the community living support plan of, mental health resident of assisted living facility; requires revocation of facility license for certain violations that result in death of a resident; requires licensure of facility administrators; revises training requirements for staff who provide care for persons with Alzheimer’s disease & related disorders; provides for fines & grounds for disciplinary action for ALF administrators. Effective Date: This act shall take effect July 1, 2013.
