SB 290 Taxes on Prepaid Calling Arrangements (2013 Session)
Taxes on Prepaid Calling Arrangements; Revising the definition of "prepaid calling arrangement" to clarify and update which services are included under that definition; providing for retroactive application, etc. Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in section 3 of this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2013.
