Preparation and Sale of Food Products: Exempts certain fundraising activities that include preparation & sale of food products cooked on site which are operated by high school booster clubs or organized youth sports programs from certain food sanitation standards, food service regulations, & firesafety standards. Effective Date: July 1, 2013
