Postsecondary Student Fees; Providing an exemption from payment of nonresident tuition at a state university or a Florida College System institution for a student who meets specified requirements; requiring that the Board of Governors of the State University System adopt regulations and the State Board of Education adopt rules, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE: July 1, 2012
